SAMPLE ORDERS

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping in the contiguous United States on up to 5 sample products per order.

Sample orders are packed within 48 hours of receipt Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be packed on the next business day. Once the order is packed, your shipping label will be created, and you will receive an email with your tracking information. While most orders are shipped on the day of label creation, some may be shipped on the next business day. If you have any questions about the status of your sample order, please contact us with your order number and we will be happy to help you.

 

FULL PRODUCT ORDERS

UPS GROUND: Orders under 150 pounds will be quoted via UPS Ground at checkout. Certain sized materials are too large to ship via UPS Ground and will require palettizing regardless of the total weight of the order. All materials with a single side length larger than 16” will automatically be shipped via on a pallet via a LTL carrier, regardless if this option is selected at checkout.

 

FREIGHT SHIPPING: All orders over 150 pounds freight carrier and charged a flat rate charge based on the total weight of the shipment. Please see our rates below. Our standard shipping includes curbside delivery by a truck equipped with a lift gate. Should you require additional accessories such as inside delivery, please contact us prior to ordering to arrange this. Additional charges may apply for any additional services applied to the delivery of the order.

Freight Shipping Rates:

  •         150 – 499.99lbs: $149.00 flat rate. Includes residential and lift gate at time of delivery.
  •          500 – 999.99lbs: $249.00 flat rate. Includes residential and lift gate at time of delivery.
  •          Over 1000lbs: $349.00 flat rate. Includes residential and lift gate at time of delivery.

Please contact us if you would like to know about expedited shipping options. Depending on the weight of an order and the delivery location, an expedited option may not always be available.

It is not advised to schedule any installation for your job until all material is received and inspected. Delays may occur for reasons including but not limited to color issues, damaged materials, and delayed shipments. Tile Mart is not responsible for any charges that may be incurred due to rescheduling projects.

Orders with standard shipping are fulfilled by our many partners throughout the United States. Our partners work with us to get your order packaged within 3 business days of the order being placed. Freight times will vary depending upon the location of the warehouse fulfilling the order and your location, however, the typical delivery time is between 5-10 business days. Once your order has been picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and the tracking much like the examples below.


Due to the variety of carriers we use, the integrated tracking may not work through the Shop app. Your order can still be tracked directly via the freight carrier’s website by entering in the PRO number into the tracking page on their website. We have linked our most common carrier’s tracking pages below. If your carrier is not listed below, and you are unable to find their tracking page, please let us know and we will assist you in getting the tracking page.

Prior to the delivery of your order, you will receive a call from the freight carrier to set up a delivery appointment. It important to be attentive to this call as they will be unable to deliver without this appointment. If you need to update the contact information provided to us at the time of your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible to avoid any delays.

If the freight company is unable to reach you, and we are unable to contact you, it is possible your shipment will be returned to us by the freight company. In this situation, Tile Mart will issue a refund for your order minus the full cost of both the original shipping and the return shipping, as well as a 25% restocking fee.
